KristinQuinnsmKristin’s practice focuses on teaching people how to feel good, live in the moment and see the humor inherent in the minutiae of everyday life. She specializes in Hatha (slow paced stretching powered by breath) and Vinyasa (faster paced flow) but has experience teaching in all styles ranging from Power to Children’s yoga. Kristin always makes sure to leave her students with tips on how to incorporate Yoga into their busy, everyday lives. She is constantly challenged and humbled by how much Yoga has to offer and truly believes her students are the most valuable teachers.
