Jean-Bernard Lazaro
Build around a Vinyasa (flowing practice) backbone Jean-Bernard classes are vigorous and challenging, mixing tradition and creativity. The open level concept gives to each student from beginners to more advanced practitioners the opportunity to enter asanas (postures) at different levels according to where they are in their practice. It is recommended to rest whenever needed and to let aside any competitive mind.
Jean-Bernard sees yoga as a way to become a human being and sees the body as the most outer part of the brain. During the practice breath is a key point to monitor the relation of the body with the mind. Nurturing the entire self adequately through the use of breath, asanas and concentration produces a powerful practice, which in turn brings peace and joy.
