Hannah Carlozzi
Hannah has a strong interest in overall health and wellness and a passion for pre and postnatal care. Along with pursuing a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition, she works as a birth doula and teaches pregnancy yoga. In her classes, Hannah focuses on creating a safe space for pregnant women to get comfortable with their growing bellies and the changes that arise throughout pregnancy. She incorporates Hatha and Kundalini yoga into her classes, creating a flowing sequence of asana, breathing, and meditation.
